“Isu hudud cermin krisis identiti parti politik M’sia,” an Op-Ed by Norshahril Saat in Berita Harian

Berita Harian featured an Op-Ed by Norshahril Saat. The article examines the re-emergence of the Islamic law debate recently, which Umno now allows to be tabled. The Speaker of Malaysian parliament finally allowed the bill to be debated, despite PAS pushing for it for months.

The article argues that the debate does not only reflect religious tensions in the country, but within the political parties, both in government and opposition.
