Dr Norshahril Saat, Senior Fellow and Coordinator of Regional Social and Cultural Programme at ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute received the Bawean Exemplary Award 2023 from the Bawean Association of Singapore (PBS) over the weekend for his outstanding achievements and contributions to the community in Singapore.
